• SwimTopia Mobile SwimTopia is our team management software. Download this app for a personalized view of your family’s meet entries, volunteer signups and swim history. You can sign up for meets and jobs, and receive push notifications from your team.

• TimeDrops Live! Time Drops is our new swim meet timing system. Download the TimeDrops Live app for access to the meet program and live results on your phone!

5/26: REGISTER FOR SWIM MEET (Yes/No)

• Log in to wc1barracudas.com
• Select SCHEDULE → Swim Meet Schedule
• Click the green Meet Entry Open button
• Select “Edit” under each of your swimmers
• Indicate whether they will participate (Yes/No)
• If yes - Select 3 individual events they’d like to swim
• NOTE: Coaches will consider your selections and then seed the meet as they see fit based on their knowledge of the swimmers + swim meet strategy. Max 3 individual events & 2 relays (selected by coaches).

5/28: FUNDRAISER DINNER @ PANDA EXPRESS!

We’ve lined up a fundraiser dinner location each Thursday night of the season! Dine at Panda Express this Thursday, 5/28, for 20% of proceeds to come back to the team! Show the attached flyer at check-out to make sure those $$$s come back to the team. Thank you for your participation!

5/29: BARRACUDA BASH!

Join the Bash to enjoy pizza & music, meet the coaches, pick up your swimsuit / spiritwear, and rally for our first meet of the year! NEW FAMILIES, please join us on the lower clubhouse patio after coach introductions for a New Family Welcome!

Wondering what you may have signed up for during registration!? To find your volunteer assignments, follow these steps:

1. Log in to wc1barracudas.com
2. Top right, drop down under your name, select ‘My Account.’
3. View your volunteer commitments.
4. If you need to update your selections:
5. Click on ‘Schedule along the top of the website.
6. Select the event in which you’re volunteering.
7. Make updates directly within each event.

Swimsuits & merchandise (https://www.wc1barracudas.com/swim-caps) that were ordered by 5/2 will be available for pickup at the Barracuda Bash (5/29 5-7pm). UPDATES TO TEAM’S PDF SCHEDULE

• 5/28 Thursday night fundraiser dinners kick off with Panda Express!
• 6/5 Community Service Day! During practice the kids will help spread mulch in the WC1 community gardens.
• 6/12 or 6/13 Potential intra-squad (all WC1) swim meet! We want our kids to maximize opportunities to get personal records and All Star times, so we are exploring an intra-squad meet. More details forthcoming as soon as we verify pool availability with the HOA.
